Ingredients
  • 300 g Spaghetti (About half a pack)
  • 4 clove minced garlic
  • 4 scallions – chopped
  • 1 red chili – thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red chili
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 packet beech mushroom
  • 200 g Shrimp (deveined)
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. This recipe goes fast, please have everything prepared.

  2. Prepare boiling water in a deep pot. Add salt and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

  3. Place a pan on medium heat and add olive oil. Immediately, add in scallion on cold oil to sauté for about 2
    minutes followed by minced garlic. Continue to sauté for another minute and add in the mushroom. Let the mushroom cook until slightly soft, and add in the anchovies and followed with shrimps.

  4. Once the shrimp has changed color, add in red chili flakes and fresh red chili. By this time, the pasta will be cooked.

  5. Once the pasta is cooked, transfer it directly from the pot to the pan.

  6. Stir to incorporate all the ingredients and add black pepper and soy sauce.

  7. Add some pasta water for more moisture so the pasta will not be dry. Continue to cook for another 3 to 4 minutes and you are done.

Tips
  • You can use any pasta of your choice or use a different kind of mushroom to your liking.
