Combine all ingredients for the first marination of chicken. Add chicken breast and mix well. Set aside to marinate for at least 20 mins

For all other ingredients, pour water into a large pot and add all the ingredients to a boil. Set the heat on medium-high and boil all ingredients until the tomatoes are very soft.

While the tomatoes are boiling, prepare the second marination. Combine all the ingredients for the second marination in a big bowl.

Take the first marination out and squeeze all the liquid from the chicken. Add chicken into the second marination and mix well. Set aside for 30 mins.

Once the tomatoes are soft, switch off the heat and set them aside to cool off before putting them into the blender.

Blend the tomato mixture until very smooth.

Strain all the sauce into a bowl.

Next, grill your chicken on a griller or you can also do it in the oven. If you use the oven, set the temperature to 375F and grill for 15 mins.

Once the chicken is all grilled, set aside and move on to cook the sauce.

In a pot, melt butter and add chopped ginger and green chili. Sauté for a few minutes.

Transfer the blended sauce to the pot and let it simmer for 10 mins.

Add in the chicken and continue to simmer for another 10 mins. Add in the fenugreek leaves, sugar, and salt. Continue to stir and lastly add in the fresh cream. Let it simmer for another 10 mins.
