First, thaw the wonton wrapper while you prepare the wonton fillings.

Put together all the ingredients for the filling in a big bowl.

Mix the ingredients in one circular direction for about 5 mins or until the mixture is well combined.

To wrap the wonton, it is best to use a butter knife as it will be easier to transfer to the wrapper.

Dap some water at the edge corner of the wrapper, add some fillings, and fold and squeeze tightly to form a small parcel.
